10 years Golden Visa (renewable)

UAE Residency by Investment allows foreign nationals to make an investment into the country and apply for a residence permit. 
The beneficiary of the Golden Visa gives its holder the benefit of a long residency duration for a duration of 10 years with an automatic renewal, and enables them, to live, work or study in the UAE while enjoying all the exclusive benefits and rights that come along with the Golden Visa.
Requirements:
•    The property value requirement set at a minimum of AED 2 million
•    No minimum downpayment
•    The property can be off-plan, completed, mortgaged or not mortgaged.
 

Golden visa allows sponsoring visas for the spouse and children of the investor and the visa is only guaranteed for as long as the investor owns the property.
