UAE Will Registration

If you are living in the UAE or are an international investor and have assets/ children, its highly recommended to have a Will in the UAE in order to have evidence of your intentions and to avoid the application of local UAE.

The UAE courts adhere to Sharia law and in the absence of a will, the local courts will distribute your estate and appoint guardians according to the principles of Sharia law.

This is why it is important to draft and register a will, which you can do in the UAE at the Abu Dhabi courts as well as the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts.

If you are still thinking how best to organize you will, we are right here to advise you.
